If  I could give zero stars I would.  This company is nicknamed "The Evil Empire" for a reason.  If you are a public procurement officer, you know this company.  They say all the right things about honesty and integrity but they have none. Every word they speak is intended to mislead.  I challenge you to audit a proposal you have received from this company.  Be warned though -  they will bring in their high priced lawyers at the very mention of the word audit.  That alone was proof enough for me.

Run, don't walk, in the opposite direction of this contractor and don't ever believe a word they say.
