I hired these guys to load a container for long-distance shipping. Expensive and demanding of gratuities in a shockingly entitled way. They'd had a tough morning before getting to me, but like petulant teens they took it out on me.

Unprofessional, rude, impatient, very hostile, with glares and verbal aggression, and treated me like their concerns should be top of my list. It was a truly sad, pathetic performance by immature and incompetent workers: crushed boxes on arrival, they refused to incorporate the differences in packing my freight-forwarder had suggested for packing oceangoing containers, and I believe they stole two plastic clamshell containers of my tools. When asked for a customer service reply, there was zero communication! Unbelievable in every way, and they made a stressful day into a nightmare. Avoid at all costs, unless you are truly looking for an adventure in primitive human behavior.
