Yelp review from a competitor

Pros- nice ambiance. Live piano playing hit music was really awesome. Kind of a small area. Drinks were really good too! Top notch. Beet Salad was amazing!!
Cons- and this is why i wish i could give no stars at all. First and foremost upon being seated the waiter did not seem pleased nor happy with our existence. We had half our group due to an accident and the others were in route. We were a party of 8 and 5 were there upon being seated, mind you. We are given menus, we are talking, I'm pretty sure it was mentioned that it was all our first times there, we order drinks, some appetizers and two of the 3 missing show up, the waiter seemed annoyed he had to come back and take more orders, he also happened to come back at the moment we were saying how excited we were our crew made it! We get our first round of drinks and our appetizers. Great. We are chatting and talking etc. now mind you, it's during dinner time, the room is full, all tables are full, it's a bit loud with chitter chatter. The waiter asked if it was our first time, we all said yes, he goes over the menu, tells us what's new what's good etc. we begin to order our main meals. Our salads come out for those who got one, now, the fun begins. Our plates are cleared and we begin to get our main dishes. Now, $54 for a New York strip it better be amazing right? Wrong. I asked for medium. It was burned. I ended up choking on the charcoal piece of what i imagined would have been a delicious selection of meat. Not only that. I felt like i was cutting shoe rubber. $54? I could have ordered two steaks from Texas Roadhouse and the quality would have been way more amazing. Everyone's main dish were perfect. Some of the party order more drinks. At this point some of the plates and glasses are being picked up. One of the guest gets a bottle of wine, the wine is spilled upon being poured. $48 for a bottle of wine, and you can't pour a simple glass correctly? Okay, it happens. While we order dessert, a miss communication comes and two of the same dessert comes to the table. The waiter comes out and asked who ordered. And only 1 was ordered. He seemed bothered a second was accidentally brought out. One of the girls seated next to me ordered a beer and a prior drink was brought to her instead. Poor listening skills. Now it's dessert time. We get our desserts, two ordered the bread pudding. One everything was fine. The other, the bowl was the temperature of the layer of sun, no warning by the server. No hey just a heads up this is hot. As she takes a bit it's literally still sizzle cooking, and she burns her mouth. We all touch the plate there is so much heat that even the plate under the bowl holding the pudding is too hot to touch. Like it was just torched and handed over. Now, the bill is brought to us. With tip, and not just a minimum tip. The total was over $800. Now the conversations are still going, we are winding down, prepping to finish our chatting. Some of our party leave- 2 and the other 6 of us stay. We weren't told of a minimum time of having to be there, i mean really with almost $1k spent, we could stay as long as long as we were purchasing drinks or food. No. We order another round of drinks and pretty much are told we have 5 mins to leave. That is not very nice considering the amount we just spent. The business we provided and despite someone choking on burnt shoe rubber, i mean steak, and another burning her mouth on overly heated bread pudding, it's a wonder you still in business.
