I wanted to have two cars detailed. It took several iterations (one question at a time) to get an estimate and a quote. I was asked to call the office to provide additional details and a deposit. When I called the next morning I was informed that no appointment was set up and no slots were available. They recommended that I call the office directly in the future. So, don't use Yelp!
