We've had a terrible experience with this unprofessional, disrespectful, and destructive company. Chanen has no regard for any of the residents of the surrounding neighborhoods where they work. They fire up their extremely loud construction at 4 and 5 am, crashing their machinery and allowing their contractors to make as much noise and mess as they want.
They have been vandalizing the hotel across the street from the apartments we live in for over a month, and the noise never stops.
Weekdays, weekends, early mornings, late evenings, and probably holidays. If I wanted 120 dB beeping blasting in my ears, I'd get an alarm clock.
I feel terrible for their employees/contractors, forcing them to work in horrible conditions and at all hours of the night and day.
If you check Glassdoor, you can see how poorly they treat their people, let alone the surrounding neighborhoods they "work" in. Their foremen sit in their trucks in the middle of the street on facebook and watching youtube shorts, holding up traffic, and forcing 40' delivery tracktor trailers to make extremely loud 16 point turns into their unorganized job sites.
If you hire them for anything, shame on you. And if you live next to someone who has hired them, good luck trying to sleep while they are "on the job."
