he first time I went I couldn't see through my new glass, but thought it was because they were new. I never could wear them and continue to wear my old ones. the following year went back and after examination of the glasses they found the lenses were on the opp eye. no offer to fix or replace. i ordered new glasses and a pair of sunglasses. The sun glasses had no bifocal so I couldn't read my phone or used them for seeing through. I almost threw them in the trash right there. Again no offer to make it right.
