'm not a picking person at all but this business owner is a total disappointment I scheduled with them first said 12pm ; this morning then said 12-12:30pm which I was fine with still then dint respond at all time came up I started trying to get info or updates nothing at all no one answers the phone .

(MIND YOU I WANTED IT CLEAN TODAY I EMPTIED ALL THE CAR TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR THEM)

Around 1:42pm detailers started calling that they arrived they weren't even updated about my cancelation I informed them situation and still told them that if I was updated there wouldn't be a problem they still mention that manager or owner didn't update them or informed anything they tried to call him with no response I felt bad for them because they were very friendly .
But there wasn't any options offered or solutions ( Mind they couldn't offer that because owner never responded)
They literally didn't know what to do at the moment


As you can see in photos they couldn't care less no response & minding that' it is now 2:20pm
( worst thing that txt was read )
